Vinification of Pinot Nero from Fontana Graziano This balanced red wine from Italy is made from the Pinot Noir grape variety. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Trentino-Alto Adige. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of clay and limestone. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks and small wood at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the elegant Pinot Nero is aged for another 12 months in oak barriques.
