Vinification of Silvano Strologo Rosso Conero This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Montepulciano. Only the best grape material was used for this exceptionally balanced varietal wine from Silvano Strologo. In the Marche region, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of clay and limestone. After the manual harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and large wood at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for 6 months in oak barrels. Recommendation for the Rosso Conero by Silvano Strologo This Italian is best enjoyed at a temperature of 15 - 18°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to stuffed peppers, duck breast with sugar snap peas or goose breast with ginger red cabbage and marjoram.
