Once again, hints of orange and raspberry appear. Vinification of Auer Michael Pinot Noir The basis for the balanced Pinot Noir from Lower Austria are grapes from the Pinot Noir grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and large wood at controlled temperatures. After its end, the elegant Pinot Noir is aged for several months in oak barrels. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to vegetable couscous with beef meatballs, osso buco or lamb stew with chickpeas and dried figs .
