Vinification of the Bon Courage Cuvée Prestige Chardonnay This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Chardonnay. For this exceptionally powerful single-varietal wine from Bon Courage, only first-class grapes were used. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Cuvée Prestige Chardonnay is aged for another 8 months in French oak barrels.
