This wine shines in the glass in a delicate pink with sparkling reflections. The nose is pampered by a bouquet typical of the grape variety. It presents juicy berries - from wild strawberries to raspberries and blackberries. This Italian rosé has a fine, delicate structure on the palate. Vinification of the Stemmari Rosato The Nero d'Avola grapes grow both in Sambuca di Sicilia (province of Agrigento) and in Acate (province of Ragusa). The harvest begins in the first week of September when the grapes are perfectly ripe. The grapes are destemmed in the Stemmari wine cellar and stored in a cool place for 8 to 10 hours. The must is then drawn off and fermented at a controlled temperature (16 to 18 degrees Celsius) with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks. After a short maturation in stainless steel tanks, this rosato is filtered and bottled.
