Here, the grapes for the exquisite Ribolla Gialla thrive on clayey, mineral marl soils. The grapes are harvested entirely by hand, macerated in a horizontal press for 8 days, gently pressed and the must is clarified by natural decantation. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and the wine then remains in the same containers for 8 months on the fine lees at a constant, controlled temperature of 16°C.
