The finish is long and finely aromatic. Vinification of the Michei Müller-Thurgau Alto Adige by J.Hofstätter This Müller-Thurgau is the first vintage from the new Maso Michei winery in Trentino. The grapes grow at over 800 meters above sea level on loose, easily warmed marl soils on a slope. After manual harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed, the must is clarified using natural sedimentation and then fermented at a controlled temperature.
