Vinification of the Domaines Cazes L'Ostal Rosé The balanced L'Ostal Rosé from France is a cuvée vinified from the Garnacha and Syrah grape varieties. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of the fermentation, the L'Ostal Rosé is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
