Lance Syrah Sicilia DOC - Cantine PaoliniThe Lance Syrah from Cantine Paolini from the Italian wine-growing region of DOC Sicilia is a pure, full-bodied and aromatic red wine. This wine presents itself with a dark ruby red color in the glass with bright red reflections. Vinification of the Syrah Cantine Paolini Lance The vines for this Syrah are rooted on calcareous pebbly soils in Sicily. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are gently pressed and then undergo alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the skins for around 12 days. Following malolactic fermentation, this wine is aged for 6 months in large oak barrels and then in cement tanks. After bottling, this red wine matures for a further 6 to 8 months in the bottle.
