After harvesting, maceration takes place for 12 days at a constant 28°C in stainless steel tanks to optimally extract the color and aroma of the grape skins. The wine is then transferred to Slavonian oak barrels with a capacity of 75-150 hectoliters, where it matures for 12 months. It is then refined in the bottle.
