This French wine can truly be referred to as an Old World wine, presenting itself as extraordinarily noble and complex. After hand harvesting, the grapes are quickly transported to the press house. Here they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small wood and amphorae at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is completed, the powerful Icône is aged for several months in oak barriques.
