Two Vines Merlot - Columbia CrestIn the glass, the Two Vines Merlot from Columbia Crest presents a bright purple color. This single varietal U.S. wine flatters the glass with wonderfully expressive notes of blueberries, black currants, blackberries and mulberries. These are joined by hints of toasted barrique, vanilla and black tea. The Columbia Crest Two Vines Merlot delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. It is perfect as an accompaniment to leek tortilla, veal boiled beef with beans and tomatoes or red onion stuffed with couscous and apricots.
