Rosé de Loire AOC - Guy SagetIn the glass, the Rosé de Loire from the house of Guy Saget presents a brilliant shimmering delicate rosé color. This French wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. This is a true quality wine, which clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so this Frenchman naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all dryness. Excellent taste does not necessarily need residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this light-footed rosé wine is wonderfully light and crisp. The final of this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of the Val de Loire finally thrills with considerable reverberation. Vinification of the Guy Saget Rosé de Loire The basis for the first-class and wonderfully elegant Cuvée Rosé de Loire from Guy Saget are Cabernet Franc and Gamay grapes. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and gently broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Rosé de Loire can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.... Food recommendation for the Rosé de Loire by Guy Saget This French rosé wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to spaghetti with caper-tomato sauce, stir-fried vegetables with fish or roasted trout with ginger pear.
