The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Rheinhessen. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of sand, limestone, silicate rock, loess soil, sandstone, marl and brown earth. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After completion of fermentation, the Weissburgunder Kaisermantel can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
