Corte Pitora Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG - BennatiThe Corte Pitora Amarone from Bennati is an expressive red wine cuvée made from the grape varieties Corvina (85%), Rondinella (10%) and Molinara (5%). This Italian wine sparkles a dark ruby red in the glass. The bouquet has complex aromas of ripe plums and juicy cherries with delicate floral notes. After the grapes are carefully harvested by hand, they are crushed in the wine cellar. The mash is fermented in stainless steel tanks and then matured in large wooden barrels for a total of 24 months. This gives the wine its intense color, strong tannins and spicy notes.
