After harvesting, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Moscato d'Asti is allowed to harmonize further for a few months on the fine lees. Once the wine is finished, the Moscato d'Asti is carefully harmonized.
