Fleurelle - Gustave LorentzThe Fleurelle from the pen of Gustave Lorentz from Alsace shows a bright, light yellow color in the swirled glass. The first nose of Fleurelle reveals notes of green apples and peaches. The fruity aspects of the bouquet are joined by even more fruity, balsamic nuances. On the palate, the Fleurelle by Gustave Lorentz opens wonderfully dry, grippy and aromatic. The texture of this balanced white wine is wonderfully silky on the palate. On the finish, this wine from the Alsace region delights with its beautiful length. There are again hints of green apple and peach. Vinification of the Fleurelle by Gustave Lorentz The balanced Fleurelle from France is a cuvée made from the Muscat, Pinot Blanc and Silvaner grape varieties. After the grape harvest, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Fleurelle can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months. Recommendation for the Fleurelle from Gustave Lorentz This white wine from France is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to a variety of dishes, but is also a pleasure to drink on its own.</p
