Vinification of the Gemischter Satz from Laessiger The elegant Gemischter Satz from Austria is a cuvée, pressed from the grape varieties Grüner Veltliner, Riesling and Pinot Blanc. After harvesting, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
