355 NN Riesling - Sankt Annaberg

355 NN from the most beautiful location in Burrweiler below the Sankt Annaberg winery on the Southern Wine Route. The slightly dry Riesling is a perfect accompaniment to Asian dishes, sushi or dishes with a slight spiciness (ginger, chili). The residual sweetness buffers the spiciness in the dish and therefore enables a perfect symbiosis. This Riesling also goes excellently with a spicy cheese dessert (blue cheese).
