Nimble, lively, shimmering in cool colors - it's easy to imagine how the Insel Cuvee Eisvogel Weiß got its name. The dry composition of Auxerrois, Riesling, Silvaner and Pinot Blanc delights with the scent of white summer fruits and vanilla. The body is firm and dense right up to the fruity, mineral finish, which again features aromas of vanilla and apple.
