Glüh Hunn Rot - Weingut Kilian HunnThe elegant Glüh Hunn Rot from Weingut Kilian Hunn comes into the glass with bright ruby red. The bouquet of this red wine from Baden captivates with aromas of blueberry, plum, blackberry and sour cherry. If we trace the aromatics further, orange peel, cinnamon and cloves are added. . The Glüh Hunn Red can justifiably be described as exceptionally fruit-forward and velvety, having been vinified with a pleasantly mellow flavor profile. Due to its vital fruit acidity, the Glüh Hunn Rot presents itself on the palate fantastically fresh and lively. Finally, the finale of this red wine from the wine-growing region of Baden captivates with beautiful reverberation. The finish is also accompanied by mineral notes of the soils dominated by loess. In Baden, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of loess soil. After the grapes are harvested, they are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
