Westhofener Chardonnay - Dreissigacker

The Dreissigacker Chardonnay is grown in the cool and wind-open locations of Westhofen, which are farmed organically. The Chardonnay grapes are harvested using selective hand-picking. The Chardonnay is aged 100% in tonneau wooden barrels. The wine rests on the full lees for a year and is then stored on the fine lees until it is bottled.
