Firm, yeasty, still slightly reductive, dried-vegetal to herbal and delicate floral scent of yellow fruits with tobacco nuances and earthy minerality. Clear, cool, rather tart, yet extremely juicy fruit, lively acidity, yeasty and floral notes as well as fine tannins, lasting on the palate, has grip and bite, lots of earthy and salty minerality in the background, reminiscent of mussel shells, a little tobacco and pepper, very good substance and depth, still undeveloped, taut, tart-juicy and again grippy finish with aromas of candied citrus fruits and again enormous minerality.
