Only flawless grapes were harvested for this exceptionally powerful single-varietal wine from La Rivolta. After the harvest, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in oak barrels at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn off. Once the wine is finished, the Aglianico del Taburno is carefully harmonized.
