Brauneberger Juffer Riesling feinherb - Weingut Martin Prüm

This subtly golden-colored wine offers a captivating nose made of very rich and ripe aromas, with notes of toffee, butter and coconut cream, apricot, banana, cinnamon, and quince purée. The wine shows roundness and richness on the palate, as well as a certain power and presence, without having huge concentration. The sensation of acidity is round and low, giving it a rather soft side. The finish is quite powerful, with a hint of heat and bitterness, making us prefer to drink this wine in its aromatic youth, rather than waiting too long.
