This youthful, sweet and fruity wine boasts beautiful extract and delicate balance. Making process of the Ruby Port The manually harvested grapes from the Cima Corgo region are crushed and fermented in traditional lagares. The port then matures for an average of three years in large wooden barrels in the Niepoort cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia before being bottled and sent to us in Germany. Serving suggestions/food pairing This youthful port is drunk solo after a meal or with soft cheeses.
