Noon Eclipse

This year's wine is produced from 85% Grenache, 8% Shiraz and 7% Graciano. In typical Grenache fashion, this is not dark in colour but it smells gorgeous with seductive spices and ripe fruits. It is worth serving in a big glass to maximise the pleasure. The flavours are very deep set around an impressive structural 'frame' with nice tannins present on the finish. Exotic, deep and long, this is an impressive Eclipse. Text: Drew Noon
