Soplo Blanco is a white wine from the Fontanars dels Alforins area, in the Valencia region, at an altitude of 700 meters. The vineyards, located in L’Altet de Torró, extend over three hectares and are set on calcareous and clayey soils. The Malvasia vines, with an average age of 40 years, are carefully cultivated to ensure high quality production.The grapes are harvested by hand in crates during the month of September. Fermentation takes place at 16°C in stainless steel tanks, with prolonged contact on the fine lees for 21 days, to enhance the complexity and aromatic profile of the wine.To the eye, it appears straw yellow, typical of the Malvasia variety. The nose offers elegant aromas of white flowers and hazelnut. On the palate, it is fresh, refined, and well-balanced, with a pleasant acidity that enhances its drinkability.Ideal paired with fish dishes, seafood, and fresh cheeses.
