Niviana's Amarone della Valpolicella Riserva is a wine produced from a meticulous selection of grapes such as Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Molinara, grown on soils characterized by the presence of white or pinkish-marl limestones which give a unique character to the wine’s aromatic profile and taste.The harvest is carried out entirely by hand, ensuring that only the finest bunches are selected for production. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 36 months in barrels, allowing it to fully develop its structure and complexity.It displays a deep garnet red color. On the nose, it is intense and ethereal, with clear notes of cherry in spirits. On the palate, it captivates with its robustness and velvety texture, perfectly balancing power and elegance.This wine is the ideal companion for bold dishes based on game and roasted meats. It is recommended alongside all traditional Venetian recipes, including pastissada de caval and bigoli with duck ragout.
