De Bortoli Family Selection Riverina Shiraz Cabernet GI 0,75 ℓ

The Family Selection Shiraz Cabernet of the De Bortoli company is made with Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the vast Australian region of Riverina. The grapes used for this wine are designed to blend the fleshy and fruity component typical of Cabernet Sauvignon with the spicy and spicy component of Syrah. Harvested at the perfect degree of ripeness, the grapes ferment in contact with the skins for at least five days in American oak barrels. Intense ruby red in color, it has aromas of red and black fruits in jam, with delicate returns of black pepper and cocoa. On the palate it is meaty, with soft and juicy tannins, medium in body and able to offer a long and balanced finish. Capable of aging in the bottle for a few years, it is ideal with grilled sausages, medium-aged cheeses, game and mushroom-based dishes.
