Once the grapes have arrived in the Feudo Arancio wine cellar, the grapes are destemmed and fermented on the skins in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by malolactic fermentation. The 12-month maturation in French oak barriques ensures a full body rich in extracts and a fine tannin structure.
