Anae Organic Gin 0,7 ℓ

Anaë artisanal organic gin was born in France and was created by Pauline Raffaitin in collaboration with the Maison Bollinger. It is distilled in Charente, in Jarnac. It is obtained through artisanal distillation in a Stupfler still. The alcohol used comes from grapes. There is a maceration of the botanicals for 48 hours and a reduction of 1-2 months. The botanicals used are organic and of French origin: juniper berries, Maceron berries (swamp pepper), lemon thyme, lemon verbena, chamomile, cornflower, coriander seeds, fenugreek. It opens on the nose with complex aromas of citrus fruits and pear, followed by spicy ones, licorice and mentholated notes. On the palate it is silky and complex. Ideal for preparing cocktails.
