La Roncaia Cabernet Franc Friuli Colli Orientali DOC 0,75 ℓ

Friuli Colli Orientali Cabernet Franc by La Roncaia was born in winery vineyards located in the municipality of Nimis, in the heart of the DOC Friuli Colli Orientali. It is produced entirely with Cabernet Franc grapes, rigorously selected by expert hands and harvested at the right degree of ripeness. Fermentation takes place, with maceration for 15 days, in French oak barrels. Subsequently, the wine is placed in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, where it remains for 10 months to refine and continues ageing in bottle where it acquires a greater balance. This Cabernet Franc is characterized by a deep ruby red colour, with violet hues. The nose opens with a complex and varied bouquet, with vegetal, herbaceous and earthy hints, enriched with fruity notes of black cherry and wild blackberry and spicy. On the palate, it is full-bodied and fresh, characterized by a lively tannin and a warm softness. This wine is perfect to accompany red meat dishes, grilled and roasted meats.
