Conti Zecca Cantalupi Salento IGP Chardonnay 0,75 ℓ

The white wine of the Conti Zecca company was born in Puglia, in Salento, where the Zecca family has lived for centuries. The wine is produced in one of the Conti Zecca properties, the Cantalupi estate. The wine is produced from Chardonnay grapes and other white vines. The grapes are destemmed and softly pressed, to then be vinified in thermo-controlled steel tanks. The wine then ages in concrete tanks. Straw yellow in colour, the wine offers aromas of white and yellow flowers and tropical fruit to the nose. The sip is dry and fresh, balanced and with a fairly persistent finish. The wine goes well with seafood and vegetable starters, cold salads and fish.
