Brancaia Toscana IGT Rosé 0,75 ℓ

Rosé di Brancaia wine comes from Merlot grapes grown in the Maremma vineyards.Once in the cellar, the Merlot grapes undergo a very short contact with the skins. Then takes place the fermentation at low temperature and an ageing on the lees for 3 months.Salmon pink in colour, the nose reveals aromas of berries, raspberries and sweet spices. The sip is fresh, with a pleasantly savoury finish.It goes very well with cold cuts and cold cuts, with white meats, even grilled, and with pizza.
