Conti Zecca Terra Salento IGP Aglianico 0,75 ℓ

The Terra red wine from the Conti Zecca company was born in Puglia, in Salento, where the Zecca family has lived for centuries. With its name, the wine wants to evoke respect for Mother Earth. The wine is produced from Aglianico grapes. The grapes are destemmed and softly pressed. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, with maceration on the skins for 8-10 days. The wine then ages in wooden barrels. Ruby red in colour, the wine offers aromas of berries and spices, vanilla and tobacco to the nose. The sip is enveloping and harmonious, with soft tannins and a persistent finish. The wine goes well with first courses, for example tagliatelle with duck ragout.
