10 Vendemmie is a Limited Edition resulting from 10 great vintages of Montepulciano, obtained from the best grapes and the best terroirs of the Ulisse estate, a reference winery in the Abruzzo region. Produced entirely with Montepulciano varieties, the vinification involves fermentation in steel with a maceration of 15-20 days at a temperature of 24-26°C. Part of the wine ages in fine French oak barriques for 12 months. At sight it has a particularly intense ruby red color. The nose is rich and multifaceted, with hints of plum and cherry jam enriched by notes of tobacco and spicy hints. A wine with excellent body, with soft and velvety tannins, it offers a pleasant finish made of aromas such as cocoa, coffee and vanilla. Excellent in the company of red meats and game, it lends itself to pairing with robust first courses or as a meditation nectar.
