The Vermentino Melacce by Collemassari comes from vineyards located 300 meters above sea level, on sandstone soils exposed to the action of sea breezes which, together with significant temperature fluctuations, give freshness and aromatic complexity to this Tuscan white.The harvest is intentionally early in order to highlight the lively character of the Vermentino grapes. Vinification takes place in stainless steel at low temperatures to preserve the typical aromatic expression of the variety. It is aged on fine lees to acquire roundness and savoriness.Pale straw yellow in color, it offers on the nose scents of white peach and mineral nuances. On the palate, it is a harmonious wine and easy to drink.Perfect with seafood starters and seafood risottos, it is an excellent choice to serve as a refreshing aperitif.
