Terredora Loggia della Serra Greco di Tufo DOCG 0,75 ℓ

The Greco di Tufo Loggia della Serra of the Terredora Cantina was born in the Montefusco vineyard, located in Iripina. It is produced entirely from Greco grapes harvested and selected by hand. The grapes are vinified with cold maceration, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. Subsequently the wine ages on fine lees in the same containers for a few months. The wine is characterized by an intense straw yellow colour. The nose opens with a bouquet of apricot, peach, apple and citrus. On the palate it is full, soft and balanced, with a long aromatic persistence. It goes well with tasty fish dishes, especially fish soups and grilled fish, as well as fresh cheeses.
