Cantina La-Vis Trentino DOC Gewürztraminer 0,75 ℓ

The Gewürztraminer of Cantina La Vis is part of the Classics selection, dedicated to the most representative wines of Trentino. The company was founded in 1948 and is based in Lavis, in the province of Trento. The grape harvest takes place in the second half of September, followed by soft pressing in an inert atmosphere and static decanting of the must. Vinification follows with fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel vats, and then proceeds to refinement on the lees for 5-6 months before bottling. Intense golden yellow in color, on the nose the rich aromatic profile recalls ripe fruit and spices such as cloves and nutmeg. The sip is full and enveloping, with good persistence. It goes well with fish, from appetizers to main courses, and with fried foods.
