Vinification at controlled temperature with a long maceration. Finally, it ages for 24 months in Slavonian oak. A wine with good aging potential, around 8/10 years, it presents itself with a beautiful garnet red color, with a nose all played on the scents of sweet violets, wild berries, cherry in alcohol and tobacco. The sip is dry, invigorating and decisive, with harmonious tannins that make it a wine with perfect balance. It is the most suitable wine to combine with lasagna and gnocchi with ragù.
