The Erbaluce di Caluso Merlana was born in the Piedmontese vineyards of Vite Colte, located on the sunny slopes of the Serra di Ivrea. This wine is made exclusively from Erbaluce di Caluso grapes, carefully harvested and selected by hand. After the fermentation in purity, lasting about 10 days, the product is left to refine further in the bottle. In this way it stabilizes and develops the unique properties that distinguish it. It has a straw yellow color with soft greenish reflections. The nose offers a fine and fresh scent, with intense hints of wild flowers and hay. On the palate it is very fresh, sapid and with a persuasive citrus taste. To be drunk in the first year of life, it goes perfectly with appetizers and fish-based dishes. Inevitable at the time of a good aperitif.
