Rey Campero Tobalà is an artisanal Mezcal produced in Mexico, made with Tobalà agave, one of the best known and appreciated wild varieties. Produced by the Sanchez distillery, located in the village of Candelaria Yegole in the Southern Sierra, Rey Campero Tobalà embodies the passion and art of artisanal Mezcal production. The distillery is dedicated to the conservation of wild agaves and has established a nursery with approximately 8,000 Rodacantha agave seedlings to protect them from extinction. On the nose, this Mezcal offers a complex and smoky aromatic profile. On the palate, it is intense and robust, with distinctive notes of cooked agave, spices and an earthy aftertaste that lingers for a long time, creating a rich and authentic tasting experience.
