The Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs is the star of Taittinger. It is distinguished by its exclusive blend of select Chardonnays. These come from the prestigious villages of the Côte des Blancs, classified as Grands Crus : Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger, and Oger. This unique and rare terroir stretches over a narrow strip of just 20 kilometers. The chalk deposits on its surface, dating back thousands of years, create a natural reservoir of water and warmth, providing ideal conditions for the white grapes to thrive. From these soils, the grapes draw their minerality, power, and aromatic finesse.
