In the glass, this wine shines in a very deep dark ruby red with black highlights. The nose reveals wonderful notes of juicy blackberries with hints of licorice - underpinned by intense herbal nuances. Ripe blackberry followed by herbal hints also come to the fore on the palate. The fine tannins are perfectly woven into the powerful body, leading to an elegant, long-lasting finish. Vinification for K-Vintners The Beautiful Syrah Both the Syrah and Viognier grapes are sourced from the Columbia Valley growing region. The grapes are carefully harvested and immediately brought to the winery. There, the harvest is strictly selected and the mash is then fermented in stainless steel tanks. This red wine is aged for a total of 20 months in French oak barriques.
