Yeasty-spicy, herbal and slightly dried-floral scent of ripe yellow fruit with intense, earthy-stony minerality. Ripe, fairly juicy, partly candied fruit, lively, very fine acidity and crumbly tannin, lasting, very mineral, a hint of dark berries in the background, a certain depth, has bite and grip, initially seems deceptively accessible due to its pretty perfect balance, but tightens up enormously with air and should still mature a bit, has a certain calmness, very good, somewhat yeasty, herbal and salty-mineral finish.
