Tercic Friuli Isonzo DOC Friulano 0,75 ℓ

Friulano is produced by the Terčič company, which is located in San Floriano del Collio, in the province of Gorizia, close to the north-eastern border between Italy and Slovenia. It consists of 100% Friulano grapes, which first of all undergo a cold skin maceration of 13-15 hours. Fermentation takes place in thermo-controlled steel tanks, where the wine subsequently ages for 6 months. Straw yellow in colour, it reveals aromas of jasmine and orange blossom to the nose, followed by notes of aromatic herbs. The sip is fresh, with a fairly persistent finish. It goes very well with seafood appetizers.
