This Blumenfeld Grappa Barricata Riserva is handcrafted and comes to life from a distillation in a discontinuous steam still from pure Gewürztraminer grape pomace. It is the result of extreme care and dedication in aging which lasts for at least 18 months. It has an intense amber color to the eye. The nose recalls aromas of vanilla and cinnamon, wrapped in a whirlwind of floral sensations. The mouth is full and round with a persistent and pleasant aftertaste. It is ideal as a meditation distillate.
