Virginia is a non-alcoholic Gin made by the Roner winery. The 8 botanicals used in the preparation of Gin are cold macerated in spring water. A non-alcoholic base of juniper meets the hydrolates of distilled flowers and herbs. The spring water brings precious trace elements for a truly special Gin. Colorless and crystalline, it offers an intense aroma of mountain herbs to which mint, juniper and lavender are added as more woody and structured olfactory details. The palate returns depth and freshness with pleasant notes of chamomile and gentian that round off the taste without losing the character of a real mountain Gin.
