The Barbera d'Alba Battaglione is a tribute to the ancient Piedmontese winemaking tradition linked to the Barbera vine. Fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature of 28-30 ° C, accompanied by a maceration of 7-10 days. The wine ages for a few months in cask before being bottled. Very intense ruby red color, it offers an intense bouquet of ripe and dried plum on the nose on a spicy background. The sip is consistent but at the same time delicate and extends over a long persistence.
